Supplier Note: Garden Center Executive Summit is the educational conference for owners, executives and managers of independent garden centers in North America. All independent garden center representatives are welcome and encouraged to attend. Due to the nature of the event, limited sponsor opportunities are available, and only sponsoring supplier representatives are eligible to register and attend. **Please note all prices listed above are per person. To qualify for the group rate three or more individuals from the same company must register. Attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 15% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied. 

All registration charges will appear on your credit card statement as GIE Media Inc., not Garden Center Executive Summit.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing on company letterhead and either faxed or e-mailed to Garden Center Executive Summit. Voicemails will not be accepted. Please see your confirmation email for further information. A full refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee will be provided if the cancellation is received by January 20, 2020. No refunds will be issued after January 20, 2020, or for no-shows. Garden Center Executive Summit reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs.

Substitution Policy:

Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in their place.

Confirmation Policy:

All confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the primary registrant unless otherwise arranged with conference management. Hotel reservation confirmations are sent separately from the conference registration but are also sent via e-mail.

Garden Center Executive Summit is a business-to-business event open to trade professionals only. Persons under 18 (including infants) are not allowed into the educational sessions, exhibit hall or food functions.
